2. Processing and Shipping Time

bornindraith operates primarily on a pre-order basis. As a result, all orders require additional processing and production time prior to shipment.

Orders are typically shipped within three (3) to six (6) weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, supply chain issues, customs processing, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email may be sent to the email address provided at checkout, including tracking information where available.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. bornindraith shall not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

5. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from bornindraith are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

bornindraith is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier. We shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

7. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
